Austin, Texas
Flights to this cool Texas city are 18% lower than last year, so if you've been wanting to see it for yourself, now could be the time (typical airfare: $236). Seasonal activities abound, including the Austin Ice Cream Festival in June, Hot Summer Nights (four days of free live music at 20 local locations), and Austin Pride Week in August. Barton Springs Pool, a three-acre spring-fed outdoor paradise, is also a great place to cool off. There are also lots of local eateries - The Peached Tortilla is a local favourite, and Broken Spoke Dance Hall is ideal for a dive bar with a side of line dancing.
Denver, Colorado
The prices of aircraft to Denver are not only down 14% from last year, but our statistics also reveal that this summer is one of the cheapest (medium: $216). The temperature is quite near to the summer and the city has many things to do, with scorching summers that bring time in the 1980s and low humidity. Denver PrideFest and the Cherry Blossom Festival are attended in June while Denver County Festival is in July.
Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Looking for a fun vacation to the city which will not break the bank? Take Toronto into account. Compared with last year, flight prices have fallen by 12 per cent (median $301 ticket). Summer time spans throughout the 1980s and the large metropolis has lots to discover (the biggest in Canada, in fact). Spend time in the Distillery District to find some of the greatest pubs, cafés and Art Galleries in the historic and diverse region. And don't believe you can't go to the beach with the urban sprawl. Go to the beach of Sugar. You can't go swimming, but sun and sand may be enjoyed with a sun lounger overlooking Lake Ontario.
Anchorage, Alaska
This summer might be time to go if Alaska is on your tour itinerary. Last summer, tickets to Anchorage were well above $850, but we've seen costs decrease by 20 percent from the 2018 medium pricing ($698) with the launch of new flights from a cheap carrier. The Alaskan summers are warm and dry and can reach temperatures in the '60s. Take the day's voyage from the Southern to the Northern glaciers, rent your bike and travel along the picturesque 11-mile Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Think of delicious seafood like king crabs and salmon as you have grown up an appetite for some local delicacies. A dozen or more breweries are also located in the town.
New Orleans, Louisiana
When July is New Orleans off-season with humid, wet weather (the hurricane season runs from June to November), June travel gives you the greatest luck. The current forecast is that the 2019 hurricane season is below normal and the airfares are 10% lower compared to the prior summer (mid-flight $283). Traveling off season also means less people on Bourbon Street, which is constantly crowded. Take this as a chance for a cup of chicory coffee and their famed beignets at the Cafe du Monde (we still recommend going early).
Kingston, Jamaica

There's much to do during low season in Jamaica, and without the high season crowds you'll be able to enjoy it all. Get reservations at renowned restaurants, which are normally difficult to reach, take the right time and pick an excellent place on the beach.
Nashville, Tennessee

Krakow, Poland
Cracow might be the ideal pick for summer 2019 if you have previously done all the main European sites and want to travel a little farther off the beaten track - or if you're in Gothic and mediaeval architecture. There are still a number of options to save even more in the ground, while typical flight fares are down by about $811 compared to last year. Walking around the Old Town of the city brings several photo options on cobblestone roads for the gothic spires. See the city at your own speed or enjoy free excursions. If you're hungry, you will also be glad to hear that the beer of the city is extremely affordable (there are even some domestic beers for you for just 2$).
Milan, Italy
Summer in Italy is as wonderful as the ticket rates to Milan seem, and with flights down by 6% compared to last year (median airfare: 698 $), it is a chance for you to save money. Get your culture into some of the magnificent museums in the city - many of which won't stop you. The Archeology Museum houses Romanesque, Etruscan and Greek antiquities, which are kept alone in a monastery of the 9th century. Entrance on Tuesdays after 2 pm is around $6 but free. Even if the food is undoubtedly the primary attraction, a wonderful piece of pizza does not have to be spent much. One of our cheapest favourites is the Cinder Mount on the Viale Monte Ceneri.
